Brand Templates & Editor
Create reusable visual templates for your clips — fonts, captions, waveforms, watermarks, and colours.
1. Create a template
Go to Brand Templates in your dashboard sidebar. Click 'New template' and give it a name. The editor opens with a live preview panel that updates instantly as you adjust settings — no save required to see changes.
2. Caption styling
Choose from 11+ fonts (Bangers, Bebas Neue, Inter, Montserrat, Poppins, and more). Set font size, colour, stroke colour and width, background colour and opacity, and caption position (top, centre, or bottom). Two animation modes are available: word highlight (active word changes colour) and word background (active word gets a coloured background box).
3. Waveform visualiser
Add an animated waveform to your clips in three styles: Line (smooth curve with gradient fill), Bar (vertical bars with rounded tops), or Cline (centred bidirectional wave). Choose any colour. When previewing with a video, the waveform reacts to actual audio in real time via the Web Audio API.
4. Watermark and draggable elements
Upload a custom watermark image (your logo, client logo, etc.) and drag it to any position on the preview canvas. Captions and the waveform visualiser are also independently draggable — positions are saved as percentages so they scale across aspect ratios.
5. Link templates to shows
Assign a brand template to a show so each client or series has its own visual identity. When generating clips for episodes in that show, the right template is auto-selected. Set a default template to apply to all clips that don't have a show-specific template.
6. Custom colour palettes
Each colour field includes preset brand swatches plus a full colour picker. Build consistent colour palettes across your templates. The editor supports Cmd/Ctrl+S to save without reaching for the button, and warns you about unsaved changes before navigating away.
7. Availability
Brand templates are available on Agency and Enterprise plans. Create up to 50 templates per account. Pro users can use inline style overrides for one-off customisation without saved templates.
