Multi-Show Dashboard

Organise podcast episodes by series or client, filter your dashboard by show, and assign dedicated brand templates to each show. Available on Agency+.

1. Create a show

Navigate to Shows in the dashboard sidebar. Click 'New show' and give it a name and colour. Shows represent podcast series, client accounts, or any grouping that makes sense for your workflow. You can create up to 100 shows.

2. Assign episodes to shows

When uploading a new episode, select a show from the 'Assign to show' dropdown. Existing episodes can be viewed and filtered by show from the main dashboard.

3. Filter your dashboard

Use the show filter dropdown on your episode list to view episodes from a specific show, or 'Unassigned' to see episodes not yet categorised. Each episode card shows a coloured show badge for quick visual identification.

4. Brand templates per show

Link brand templates to specific shows so each client or series has its own visual identity. When generating clips for episodes in that show, the associated template is pre-selected.

5. Managing shows

Edit show names and colours, or delete shows from the Shows page. Deleting a show doesn't delete its episodes — they simply become unassigned and continue working normally.

How many shows can I create?

Up to 100 shows per account on Agency and Enterprise plans.

Do shows have their own brand templates?

Yes — you can link a brand template to a show so the right template is pre-selected whenever you generate clips for that show's episodes.

What happens to episodes if I delete a show?
