Re-Analysis

Re-analyse any episode with different settings — adjust clip count, clip length, or focus on a specific moment type without re-uploading your file.

1. When to re-analyse

After reviewing your initial clip plan, you might want more clips, fewer but higher-quality clips, shorter clips for TikTok, or clips focused on a specific moment type. Re-analysis lets you tune these parameters without re-uploading.

2. How to re-analyse

On your episode's clip plan page, click 'Re-analyse with different settings'. Choose from three controls: • Clip count — Default (8-12 per hour), Fewer (top 4-6), or More (15-20+) • Clip length — Default (30-60s), Shorter (15-30s), or Longer (60-90s) • Moment type focus — All types, or focus on a specific type like Humour or Hot Takes Click 'Re-analyse episode' to start. Your existing clips will be replaced with the fresh analysis.

3. Re-analysis limits by plan

Re-analysis is available on all plans with the following limits per episode: • Starter — 1 re-analysis • Pro — up to 3 re-analyses • Agency & Enterprise — unlimited re-analyses Limits reset approximately every 30 days. If you hit your limit, you'll see a clear message with the option to upgrade and the date your limit resets.

4. What happens to existing clips

Re-analysis replaces your current clips with a fresh set. Any generated clip files (MP4, MP3) from previous analyses are removed. The warning panel shows exactly how many clips will be replaced before you confirm. Your original transcript is preserved — only the clip analysis is re-run.

Common questions

Does re-analysis use an extra episode credit?

No — re-analysis of an existing episode does not use a new episode credit. It counts against your per-episode re-analysis limit instead.

How many re-analyses do I get per episode?

Starter gets 1 re-analysis per episode, Pro gets 3, and Agency/Enterprise get unlimited re-analyses.

What happens to my existing clips when I re-analyse?

Your current clips are replaced with the fresh analysis. Any generated MP4 or MP3 files from previous analyses are removed. Your original transcript is always preserved.

Can I focus re-analysis on a specific moment type?

Yes — when re-analysing you can focus the AI on a specific type like Humour, Hot Takes, or Actionable Insights.
